Chop-Rite Two meat grinders are the only hand-operated grinders we have decided to offer our customers. Their design has not changed in more than 100 years because it works! Formerly Enterprise grinders, all parts are interchangeable with the old grinders. Some grinders operating today are over 100 years old. Foreign Imports do not even come close to performing like these American originals. Chop-rite grinders are covered in an Xylan coating. It is a baked on, non-stick coating for protection, durability and ease of use. No lead or harmful materials in coating, it is FDA approved. Ideal for the sportsman with the home butchering shop. Knife and 3/16 inch hamburger plate included. Also included is the cylinder, feed screw, crank, ring, and anti-friction washer. The 22 Hopper size is 4 1/4 inch x 5 1/4 inch. This cast iron Sausage Stuffer comes with the tub, arch, large plunger plate, rack screw, side bolts, 3/4 inch plastic spout, spout holder, latch, small cog, large cog, and crank.
