Our brown sugar ham cure is also a great poultry and fish cure! It is specially formulated for smoking meats all kinds of meats. This cure was developed over many years by folks that are almost as passionate about cooking as they are about hunting and fishing! This labor of love has resulted in some unique and absolutely delicious flavors we know you will enjoy. Brown sugar cure provides a sweet smoked flavor that is very flavorful but not too strong. Cure is tan in color. You many add more brown sugar to make it darker and even sweeter. This cure can be used on all meat and fish if a brown sugar flavor is desired. To USE: Mix 1/4 lb. (4oz.) of brown sugar cure, which is approx. 3/4 cup of cure (loose not packed), with 2 cups of water. Use 2 lbs. of cure per 100 lbs. of meat for sausage or rub.
