The sofgrip knives offer the same quality characteristics as earlier lines of Dexter Russell knives with their high polished carbon blade, as well as the same NSF certification. The main difference with the Sofgrip knives is the new style handle. The Sofgrip handles have a slightly different, more comfortable shape and an extra coating of Poly making them easier to grip. Both of these changes contribute to the added comfort and no slip performance - especially good in wet conditions or around water. They are also available in both white and black handles.
