Using these cedar grilling planks created the best venison steaks I have ever had! I have been eating venison all my life, and my mom is an excellent wild game cook. I have never had a grilled steak this juicy. Anyone who says their venison is dry and tough, has not had a steak grilled on these water (or beer or wine!) soaked planks.
